Set up:

Set up volunteers will help with getting the experience ready for guests. This will include setting up tables and displays, helping to place props and decorations according to directions, and assisting with inventory of audio devices. Set up volunteers must be adults 18+ and should be able to bend and lift up to 50 pounds. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes.

 

Tear down:

Tear down volunteers will help with packing up the experience to go to its next stop. This will include taking down tables and displays, packing up props and decorations, and cleaning and packing up audio devices. Tear down volunteers must be adults 18+ and should be able to bend and lift up to 50 pounds. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes.

 

Guest Experience Volunteers:

Guest Experience Volunteer will be available during the experience hours. Tasks will be given to each volunteer, and could include greeting guests, checking in guests, or cleaning and handing out audio devices.  Guest experience volunteers must be ages 14 and older. Please dress casually, and a special t-shirt will be provided when you arrive.

 

Sunday Table Volunteers:

Table Volunteers will be stationed at a location inside of the church during Sunday worship hours to answer questions and help guests sign up for sponsorship. Table Volunteers must be ages 16 and older. Please dress casually, and a special t-shirt will be provided when you arrive.
