Exhibit Content

While the experience is meant for the whole family, there sensitive topics such as alcohol abuse, drug abuse, gangs, infant loss and child trafficking mentioned. The Experience alludes to these topics, but it does not cover explicit details on any sensitive subjects.

Compassion International is an openly Christian organization, and each of the children’s true stories will include a theme of their faith, as it made a significant impact on their ability to escape poverty. We want all our guests to feel comfortable in this Experience as we tell of the true hope found in Jesus Christ and the opportunity we have to help children around the globe. Our goal is to increase awareness about the realities of extreme poverty and the difference we can make.

Planning Your Visit

Yes.

Yes. There will be a wheelchair accessible option within the experience

Not into the experience itself, but we will have space outside to store strollers.

Plan an hour. Even if you have a reservation, walk-in options are available for other and wait times fluctuate. There will be two different story options which take approximately 15 minutes each. Registered attendees can enter the “Registered” entry line upon arrival to hear one of the two stories. If you choose to stay and experience the second story, you will be directed to the walk-in line to wait for our next opening. This is so we can accommodate the next round of registered guests.

The experience will be set up outside in the parking lot. There will be signage directing visitors to the truck. Look for a large canopy attached to a semitruck trailer.

The interior of the truck is climate controlled, but the waiting area outside is not climate controlled. The waiting lines are under a canopy, however at times, the line could extend past the canopy. Staff and volunteers will do their best to keep the line moving.

The Compassion Experience will only close if severe weather becomes a safety threat. If severe weather becomes a safety threat, we will email everyone who is registered. You can also call our weather hotline anytime for up-to-date event information: 844-841-6938.

Groups of five or less will enter together. If you have more than five in your party, you will be split up to walk through the experience.

We will provide every visitor with a freshly sanitized audio device. Custom headphones and hearing devices with 3.5 mm jacks are permitted.
